One-piece butterfly valves - soft-seated

Our one-piece soft-seated butterfly valve offers an ideal solution for efficient and safe use in industry. With a centrally mounted design and an economical, one-piece body construction, it meets the highest standards of process reliability and durability. The fully elastomer-lined body and the multifunctional seat ring ensure reliable tightness and increase the durability of the butterfly valve in industrial applications. In addition, our butterfly valve complies with the EN 593 standard, which guarantees safe use in demanding environments. The butterfly valve is available as a clamp-on and flanged lug-type butterfly valve.

The GEFA Multitop system in accordance with ISO 5211 enables numerous actuation types without any problems, giving you maximum flexibility when controlling your systems. This ensures easy integration into existing systems and individual adaptability to your process requirements.

Our one-piece soft-seated butterfly valves are tested in accordance with the DVGW type examination for gas in accordance with DIN EN 13774 and therefore meet the highest requirements for safety when handling gases. In addition, materials are available that meet the strict requirements for the food sector in accordance with (EC) No 1935/2004 and/or FDA.
